Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tableau/BI Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence, data modeling, and enterprise reporting tools. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in BI analytics and be adept at delivering data-driven solutions in a collaborative team environment.

Job requirements

✅ Must-Haves:

  • 10–15 years of experience in BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard development

  • Expert-level Tableau skills

  • Strong SQL and experience with large-scale data warehouses

  • Proficiency in data modeling concepts including star schema, fact/dimension tables, and slowly changing dimensions (SCDs)

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake or a similar data lake/data warehouse platform

  • Experience working with at least one of the following BI tools:

    • Qlik

    • Power BI

    • Cognos

    • Business Objects

    • MicroStrategy

  • Understanding of ETL processes to support reporting and data extraction

  • Ability to work in onsite team environments and coordinate with nearshore/offshore teams

💡 Nice-to-Haves:

  • Exposure to ThoughtSpot

  • Familiarity with data governance or data quality frameworks

  • Experience supporting financial services or insurance clients

  • Prior experience in agile development environments

  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
