SharePoint Consultant

📍 Location: Columbus, OH (5 Days Onsite)
💼 Employment Type: W2 (Visa Open)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Consultant with 4–7 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Power Platform ecosystem and SharePoint migrations, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions

  • Build and optimize workflows using Power Automate

  • Develop custom applications using Power Apps

  • Lead and support SharePoint migration initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint environments

Job requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint On-Premises

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and the overall Power Platform ecosystem

  • Proven experience in SharePoint migration projects using tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, or similar platforms

  • Experience with ServiceNow integration or workflow alignment

  • Strong understanding of:

    • SharePoint architecture

    • Permissions management

    • Site collections

    • Content types

  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
