We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with robust Financial Management experience to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. This role will lead key functions within the ERFT (Enterprise Financial Technology) division, working closely with senior executives to ensure smooth operations, strategic alignment, and financial oversight across critical initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in business management, workforce planning, financial oversight, and project execution.
Job requirements
Lead the business management function within the ERFT division, including management routines, financial operations, event management, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
Oversee staffing routines and provide leadership support for GT 2 deep leaders.
Prepare Technology executives for a variety of engagements with peers, senior leaders, and business partners.
Coordinate across GT teams to ensure alignment with key objectives, managing routines, requests, and cross-team communication.
Manage and drive the production of clear and consistent documentation for routines, Technology Executives, and business partners.
Support ERFT executives with managing BAU (Business as Usual) expenses, governing initiative portfolios, and ensuring visibility into project progress and forecasting.
Partner with ERFT executives and the business to drive a strategic agenda, monitor performance, and manage costs.
Implement strategies to effectively manage spend, including optimizing consulting vs. full-time staffing, tenure management, and ramp governance.
Develop and execute robust communication and engagement plans for executives and teams.
Ensure program and project roadmaps are aligned with business strategy and portfolio priorities, translating them into concrete delivery milestones.
Facilitate headcount planning and onboarding activities.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Strong background in Financial Management, Resource Management, and Project Management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Advanced MS Office skills—especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, including presentation delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of business strategy, risk management, and agile practices.
Analytical mindset with proven ability to assess, interpret, and act on financial and operational data.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in a large, complex organization or financial institution.
Knowledge of general bank policies, financial/accounting practices, and compliance standards.
Familiarity with data management, business acumen, and stakeholder management best practices.
