About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing AI technology company collaborating with major global enterprises to solve high-impact operational challenges across manufacturing, logistics, and construction. Their mission is to build intelligent systems that simplify complexity — combining enterprise-grade infrastructure with cutting-edge AI to power the next generation of automation platforms.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer with strong full-stack development expertise to help build and scale a powerful orchestration platform. This system allows enterprise users to visually design, automate, and execute sophisticated workflows powered by AI-driven logic and real-time data.

You’ll work on both the backend architecture and frontend experience, building highly performant, secure, and distributed systems that enable seamless process automation at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance a visual workflow orchestration platform for mission-critical enterprise operations.

  • Develop robust backend services using Go, Gin, PostgreSQL, and Redis, with a focus on scalability and performance.

  • Implement job scheduling, event-driven workflows, and real-time data handling across multi-cloud environments.

  • Design and maintain modern web interfaces using Next.js and TypeScript.

  • Drive reliability and resilience through security-first development, high availability, and observability best practices.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to deliver a seamless orchestration experience.

Job requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong background in full-stack engineering, with proficiency in Go, TypeScript, React, and modern web frameworks.

  • Experience building distributed systems, working with PostgreSQL, Redis, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD automation, and infrastructure as code workflows.

  • Curiosity and hands-on experience in AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, and LLM integrations.

  • Exposure to vector databases, visual programming tools, or real-time orchestration engines is a plus.

  • Understanding of security, authentication, and system observability at scale.

Tech Environment

Go, TypeScript, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, CI/CD, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Why You’ll Love This Role

You’ll be joining a small, agile team at an AI-first company that’s already raised $4M in funding. Here, your work directly shapes the technology used by top-tier enterprises every day. If you enjoy solving deep technical problems, building scalable systems, and pushing the boundaries of automation — this is the opportunity to make an impact.
