About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with deep expertise in financial management, financial planning, risk management, and Enterprise Risk Finance Technology (ERFT). This role supports key business management functions within the ERFT division and is vital in aligning technology efforts with strategic financial and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Management Leadership:
Lead core functions including financial oversight, event coordination, employee engagement, and workforce planning within the ERFT division.Executive Support & Engagement:
Prepare senior technology executives for meetings with leadership and business partners. Develop high-impact communications and engagement strategies.Cross-Team Coordination:
Align Global Technology (GT) teams with divisional goals, manage routines, requests, and ensure cohesive execution.Operational & Financial Governance:
Support business-as-usual (BAU) financial management, initiative portfolio oversight, and project progress tracking with transparency and accuracy.Strategic Execution:
Translate business strategies into actionable delivery milestones; monitor performance and control costs effectively.Resource & Workforce Planning:
Lead staffing routines, optimize workforce mix (consultants vs. FTEs), oversee headcount ramp-ups, and drive cost-efficient resourcing strategies.Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure timely and high-quality documentation for business routines and strategic decisions.
Job requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Proven background in Project Management, Financial/Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Finance Technology.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple facets of end-to-end business operations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills—must be comfortable presenting to executive audiences.
Advanced MS Office skills—particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
