We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in leading technology implementation projects within the healthcare or government sectors. This role is a hybrid position located in Atlanta, GA, and is open to W2 candidates only. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with project management tools, CMS integrations, and ACA-related programs, and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in both technical and policy-driven environments.

  • Lead and manage complex technology implementation projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Utilize project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) to track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.

  • Communicate project expectations clearly and consistently to team members and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, particularly related to ACA and healthcare data standards.

  • Facilitate the integration of CMS and manage associated requirements.

Job requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, particularly with technology implementation projects.

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Highly Desired Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, or CISM, or currently pursuing certification.

  • Experience with CMS integrations and requirements (3+ years).

  • Knowledge and experience related to state health insurance Exchanges, federal Exchange, or EDE partners (3+ years).

  • Strong understanding of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and the individual health insurance market, including relevant policies and programs (3+ years).

  • Experience processing and working with 834 enrollment files (3+ years).

  • Prior experience working with or within governmental agencies (3+ years).
