We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead to join our dynamic QA team in Atlanta, GA. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates located nearby and requires strong experience in quality assurance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and automation within Agile/Scrum environments. The successful candidate will lead testing initiatives, coordinate across teams and vendors, and drive the quality strategy for cloud-based SaaS and API-driven applications.

  • Lead and oversee test planning, design, execution, and reporting for software testing projects.

  • Drive UAT coordination and provide quality assurance support across product lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure test coverage and timely delivery.

  • Design and implement automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Tosca, or Cypress.

  • Validate data and perform backend testing using SQL and BI tools.

  • Conduct API testing and automation for cloud-based solutions.

  • Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage test cycles and continuously improve processes.

  • Analyze test results and metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Maintain strong documentation and ensure compliance with testing standards.

  • Lead defect triage meetings and maintain traceability matrices.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in UAT, quality assurance, and software testing.

  • At least 5 years of experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders or vendors.

  • Strong expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies for testing.

  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or Cypress.

  • Proficiency in API testing and working with cloud-based SaaS solutions.

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and business intelligence tools.

  • Familiarity with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the individual health insurance market, and both federal and state programs is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to lead distributed teams.

  • ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus.

Note: This is a W2 only position. We are currently considering only local candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity in Atlanta, GA.
