We are seeking a skilled Genesys Developer to join our team in Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing and implementing Genesys contact center solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Genesys platforms, integrations, API development, troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Job requirements
Develop, configure, and implement Genesys contact center solutions (on-premises and cloud).
Configure and troubleshoot Genesys software and hardware components.
Integrate Genesys solutions with third-party applications and systems.
Develop and maintain:
IVR development / scripting
Routing strategies
Reporting solutions
Lead and support Genesys and NICE platform upgrades.
Utilize Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and tools to build integrations and system extensions.
Work with Genesys products such as:
PureCloud, PureEngage, PureConnect
Call recording platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys IR)
Apply knowledge of Genesys Cloud security features to ensure secure and compliant solutions.
Develop integrations using programming languages like Java, Python, JavaScript.
Collaborate with Avaya, network partners, and product vendors on system integrations and upgrades.
Write and maintain design documentation and technical specifications.
Work within Agile methodologies and participate in related ceremonies and processes.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of development and implementation experience with Genesys contact center solutions (on-premises and cloud).
Strong experience with:
Genesys Framework, IVR development/scripting, routing strategies, and reporting
Genesys Cloud APIs, SDKs, and development tools
Major platform upgrades (Genesys and NICE)
Hands-on experience with PureCloud, PureEngage, PureConnect.
Experience with call recording platforms such as NICE and Genesys IR.
Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript.
Solid understanding of Genesys Cloud security features.
Strong knowledge of contact center network topology.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communicator, able to coordinate with tech partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of Siebel CRM application integration.
Experience preparing design documents and technical documentation.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Adaptable and proactive in fast-paced environments.
