We are seeking a talented Workday Engineer to join our team and support the configuration, development, and integration of Workday HCM systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in Workday, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative HR solutions in an agile environment.
Job requirements
Configure, develop, and maintain Workday HCM modules and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Work across multiple Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
Participate in Workday integrations and ensure data flows smoothly between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Provide support for Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework.
Troubleshoot issues, perform data analysis, and recommend improvements.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within the Workday system.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, interfaces, and data loading procedures.
Collaborate within an Agile development team, using tools like Jira to manage tasks and sprints.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of Workday HCM experience.
Workday Pro or Workday Certifications strongly preferred.
Solid expertise in at least three Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits).
Knowledge of Workday business processes, core setup, and security framework.
Familiarity with Workday integrations.
Strong understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.
Attention to detail with a relentless commitment to follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to various audiences.
Strong expertise in cloud-based, multi-tenant systems.
Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to solution development.
