Python Developer - Plano, TX

Rate: $57/hr on W2

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Python Developer with a strong background in Data Engineering to join our team in Plano, TX. This is a W2 position open to local candidates only. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data mining, AI/ML integration, and robust exposure to cloud and DevOps ecosystems using AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of Data Engineering with strong proficiency in Python

• Extensive data mining and data processing experience

• Proficient in AWS services and infrastructure

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins

• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into data systems

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• AWS Certification

• UI development experience with React or backend experience with Java

• Experience with unstructured databases (e.g., NoSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk

• Exposure to network and data telemetry

• Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience

• Background in IAM (Identity and Access Management)

Soft Skills:

• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
