Employment Type: W2 Candidates Only

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IAM/PAM Engineer to join our team in Plano, TX or Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies, with a solid grasp of modern security practices, scripting languages, and cloud platforms.

  • Design, implement, and support PAM solutions using tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, and others.

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, and Terraform for access control, infrastructure automation, and PAM tool integration.

  • Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to enforce access control policies and ensure secure management of privileged credentials.

  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance, with a security-first mindset.

  • Apply agile development methodologies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, resiliency strategies, and security initiatives.

  • Provide technical expertise on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on integrating PAM solutions within cloud environments.

  • Conduct regular audits, access reviews, and compliance checks related to privileged access.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Privileged Access Management domain.

    • Hands-on experience with PAM tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.

    • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, and Terraform.

    • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile practices.

    • Familiarity with CI/CD processes, resiliency engineering, and application security.

    • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrating PAM solutions.

    • Relevant certifications in security, cloud platforms, or IAM/PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk Defender, AWS Certified Security Specialty).

    • Experience in incident response and threat modeling related to privileged access.

    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
