We are seeking an experienced OCP DevOps Engineer to design, build, and secure an OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) environment for a high-impact data risk and control platform. This role is crucial in shaping a secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure from the ground up, with direct interaction with InfoSec, Infrastructure, and DevOps partners.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain a secure and compliant OpenShift platform
Establish CI/CD pipelines and SecDevOps practices for enterprise deployments
Lead the implementation of non-functional requirements (NFRs) including performance, scalability, availability, and compliance
Develop tools and frameworks for performance metrics and SLA adherence
Collaborate with Infosec, Infrastructure, and Ops teams to ensure architectural alignment
Manage and remediate IT risks and technical debt
Support production operations, including incident, change, and defect management
Define and enforce best practices for DevOps integration and automation
Job requirements
Core Experience (Minimum 7+ years):
Establishing CI/CD & SecDevOps pipelines
Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift Containers
Hands-on leadership in non-functional requirement implementation
Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE usage
Cloud & Infrastructure (5+ years):
Platforms: OpenShift (OCP), GCP, Azure
Tools: Jenkins, Harness, UrbanCode Deploy (UCD), GitHub, Maven, Gradle
DevSecOps: SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck
Monitoring & Deployment: ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase
Scripting & Automation:
Proficiency in Python, Bash, Shell scripting
Testing & QA (3+ years):
Frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Selenium, JUnit, JMeter, RestAssured, Postman
Project & Workflow Tools (3+ years):
Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
JIRA, Confluence
ServiceNow (for change/incident/defect workflows)
