Our client is a leading architectural firm based in Brooklyn, NY, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use developments. With a reputation for precision, creativity, and seamless project execution, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team and contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact urban projects.

Position Overview

The Architectural Project Manager will be responsible for producing complete, code-compliant drawing sets using Revit and overseeing the design and documentation process for multifamily and mixed-use buildings. This role requires hands-on technical skill, deep knowledge of construction documentation, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines and stakeholders.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of full architectural plan sets, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details

  • Utilize Revit to produce detailed and accurate construction documents

  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand project goals and deliverables

  • Ensure all designs meet applicable building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards

  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions

  • Manage RFIs, change orders, and design adjustments during the construction phase

  • Stay current with architectural trends, Revit advancements, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

  • Proven experience managing architectural projects, particularly in multifamily and mixed-use sectors

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit for both design and documentation

  • Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning, and construction methodologies

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
